In order to return a product please call 1-707-585-1175 within 30 days of purchase date. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Now that the RMA# has been obtained please make a copy of your invoice and include it with your return. All returns must be in their original packaging. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the box. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.
